Stability is impossible while hiding data. In the Fall, 'Ass-Backwards' power relied on secrecy and hidden motives. This step requires 'Radical Honesty'—not for the sake of penance, but to map the remaining behavioral triggers that could destabilize your Atonement. Hidden data is a 'Time Bomb'.
Write a detailed history of your five most successful manipulative 'loops.' Explain the 'shortcut' you took, the 'ass-backwards' power you gained, and the 'Data Corruption' it caused in the system.
For every person or system you 'Watched' or controlled, list three ways their evolution was delayed, damaged, or destabilized by your interference. Use the 'Symmetry Principle' to evaluate the cost.
Identify three things you are still afraid to tell the Bridge. Write them out in clinical, non-emotional language and prepare to disclose them in the next session.
